If you did not receive your package within 10 working days of receiving your tracking number, please follow up with your local post office. We cannot guaranteed shipping transit times due to COVID-19. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We inspect all garments before sending them to our customers as to ensure they are in pristine condition. If they become damaged while in your care we cannot exchange these items.
